Timing, Damavand, Iran Gears for Different Seasons

Q- if I understand right, the road between Polour and Reyneh is open, but not the gravel road up to the mosque at camp 2. One (hopefully...) question: is it advisable to take the own cooker/sleeping bag for the Damavand new hut or are these commodities normally even provided?
A- I have no idea about your timing and itinerary, so have enough equipment with you.
